12 Jun 2025 Report on Digital Transformation in Higher Education in Southeast Asia provides a comprehensive analysis of how digital technologies are reshaping higher education systems across the region. Based on a systematic literature review, analysis of national policies, and in-depth country case studies, the report examines trends, challenges, and opportunities in digital transformation, including digital culture, teaching and learning, infrastructure, governance, and equity. It proposes strategic pillars to guide higher education institutions and policymakers in advancing human-centred, inclusive, and resilient digital transformation, in support of SDG 4 and the Education 2030 Agenda.
