Case Studies of Best Practice Evaluations by UN Agencies in Asia and the Pacific

Evaluations remain a critical tool for the assessment of our interventions, generating objective evidence, demonstrating relevant change, documenting lessons learned and making recommendations for the future.

This report highlights case studies to identify key lessons learned and best practices that can be of use to citizens and development practitioners everywhere to help them identify what works and what doesn’t in the post-pandemic world.

We hope this report provides inspiration for the implementation of strong, locally adapted evaluations that can in turn be used by decision makers for the creation of stronger programmes for people, prosperity, planet and partnerships.
